Pottery and Ceramics Classes for TK-12.
Single Class
$50 Beginner Pottery Wheel
Meets 1 time for 90 minutes. Learn beginning pottery wheel. All materials included. Enjoy a fun, structured environment. After the class, we will dry, fire and glaze your piece for pick up in four weeks. Up to 3 lbs of clay. Each student can keep up to 2 pieces. Ages 12 years old & up. Homeschool grades 6th-12th.
$35 Kids Handbuilding/Sculpting class
Creative clay-fun handbuilding and sculpting class. All materials included. 1 hour session fostering creativity in a positive environment. Join us for artistic fun and learn. Ages 5 & up. Homeschool grades K-12th.
$20 Parent & Me Workshops-Time for Tots Story and Art
A 1-hour storybook themed session with changing activities like clay, pottery painting or art. All materials included. Enjoy creative bonding time in a fun, structured environment! Ages 4-6 year olds. Homeschool TK-1st.
Monthly Classes
Meets weekly for 90 minutes for 4 weeks. Learn beginning pottery wheel. All materials included. Enjoy a fun, structured environment. Clay, glaze & firing included. Ages 12 years old & up. Homeschool grades 6th-12th.

We currently accept home school charter funds from Mission Vista Academy for our classes. If you are enrolled in another charter school, let us know.

Most of our homeschool classes qualify for charter funds. However, please check with your charter for specific funding requirements, or contact us for assistance.

After submitting the registration form, please email your certificate or purchase order number to potter@mudhutpotterystudio.com to finalize enrollment. Delays in providing this information could affect your student’s class start date.

Yes, we welcome older homeschool students (grades 6-12) to join adult classes, depending on availability and class suitability.

We understand schedules may change. Please contact us to check availability if you’d like to transfer your purchase order to a different month.

Yes, any remaining charter funds or credits can often be applied to future classes within the same school year. Just let us know, and we’ll work with you to manage your credits.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or make-ups for missed homeschool sessions. However, we strive to make each class impactful and provide all materials needed for projects.

Yes, our homeschool art classes are popular and tend to fill up quickly. We recommend registering early to secure a spot for your preferred session.

Yes, all necessary materials, tools, and firing fees are included in the class price.

Yes! We offer "Parent & Me" workshops specifically designed for shared art experiences. For other classes, we encourage parents to support their children by observing or participating as requested by the instructor.
